Going out of business?.............Never!!!!

Is there any truth to the rumor that DRS is going out of business? Please tell me "no" and that they are still working on Enterprise (since I, like many, upgraded based on that promise). I do wish we would get a weekly "We are working on it" email/post just to let us know. I have great respect, but I wish we could have communication to maintain that respect. DRS has the best product, so let's keep it that way. Please.

The first time I heard this rumor was in 2001. In 2003 we won the European software award. If you write anything like this here please tell us where you got it from.

Of course we will not quit?? Why should we??
DRS 2006 2.2 is selling great and we have thousands of clients trusting our DRS 2006 Radio Streamer.

However we made a few decisions regarding V3. We will finish and release V3 Standard shortly. This version will run on all Vista and upcoming Windows systems. However we will simplify some features at the moment to get this to the next stage. Which means that Scheduler Light will have less scheduling features than we planned (before you shout: just for now). Also we will make the DTM faster but more simple.

Then we will finish the Professional Package with more scheduling options and the Autoplay which most are waiting for. However we will also make this more simple than we planned for now.

We will build in all the features we planned later on, but we will focus on the release more instead of trying to build in every single feature.

Then after releasing the Standard and the Professional Package we will integrate the extra Enterprise modules and also release this package.

We hope this will prevent further rumors ;-)

Thanks for the communication

Thanks - communication is what we want as much as anything. The plans sound great to me, and with communication about those plans there is much less "shouting".
:)
I do believe that this is the best software going and your willingness to listen to the wants/needs of the customer is what separates you from the pack.
Rock On - and keep the communication flowing . . .
