I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in customer service.
I was having a problem earlier today (first time ever) with my software freezing up. it would stop about every ten minutes or so. I emailed the help a ticket number in a matter of minutes with a request for more info on my problem.
I forwarded the info to the help desk and in a matter of minutes Dave Bickford emailed me a link to use that should solve my problem.
I have been back up and runing for four hours without without a problem.
I'm still convinced DRS 2006 is the way to go. Good software...GREAT customer service. :lol:
