Program not responding

We are getting "program not responding" error and having to restart the program..fairly regularly..at least once a day..
Can't pin down exact chain of events leading up to error.....
seems to be different triggers.
on one occasion it happened as follows

track in playlist playing
hit stop twice to stop track
right click on item in playlist to set "jump here next"
program hangs
I managed to reproduce this once more after re-starting the program and then tried to reproduce the error again but it didn't hang and worked fine.

On another occasion a presenter inadvertently clicked somewhere on screen whilst playlist was playing and program became unresponsive.
We are using Win 7 with DRS V4 1.1.120.29

Please enable your "enhanced diagnostics" in your settings and after this happens, send os the logfile either directly in the software or simply via email to mark@drs2006.com. The logfile can be found in C:\ProgramData\DRS2006V4. It ends with errlog
